From the moment we walked into Hampton Oral & Facial Surgery, the entire experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctors and team took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and showed genuine care and compassion throughout the visit. Their professionalism and bedside manner immediately put us at ease. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and we never felt rushed. It’s clear that patient care is their top priority. I was nervous to have to have my surgery procedure done today. But from the time I walked in to the time I left, they took very good care of me. The ladies took great care of me and Dr. Trotter is an excellent oral surgeon and very carefully explained everything in advance and asked if I had any questions for him. I felt well cared for. I will definitely return to get more work done.

I have been here twice and both times were the best experiences I could ask her!!! One time to get all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth out and then again for a molar extraction. I was out under anesthesia both times and it was wonderful! Dr. Trotter is amazing! So caring and intentional and just a master at what he does. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and I will continue to go back to him if I ever need anything like this again. For someone with huge anxieties when it comes to any dental work, they exceeded my expectations and eased my fears. I will always recommend him!

This was the absolute BEST Dental experience I have ever had! I've been suffering over 25 years with Ill fitting Dentures due to severe boneloss on my jaw. I saw Dr Trotter thinking nothing can help me if he can't... well, I'm happy to say in ONE WEEK'S time, DR Trotter diagnosed what I needed, scheduled my surgery and did it with impeccable precision and ease!!! I will be telling EVERYONE if they have the issues i had, go see Dr Trotter! He IS THE GAMECHANGER!!! And his staff is hands down, TOP NOTCH!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I highly recommend this office! I had #31 molar remove this morning under general anesthesia and everything went fantastically well. Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Trotter is an excellent oral surgeon and very carefully explained everything in advance and asked if I had any questions for him. I felt well cared for.
